UPS
I have family living all over the world, and send parcels and packages on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, this past few years, we have had numerous issues with different shipping companies.
We’ve had packages go missing, damaged packages, and many packages delivered to my neighbors – some that made their way back to me and others that didn’t.
After trying every company in our area and experiencing issues with all but one, the only company that has always come through is UPS.
UPS has a different business model than the others, which is what I attribute their success to.
Once the parcel is posted, it never leaves the UPS structure. They have their own people, trucks, planes, etc. It is always under the UPS umbrella.
UPS is not usually the cheapest, but they are definitely the most reliable and that is worth paying for!
Other shipping companies utilize other sources, which creates an easier environment for failure points.
