The Self-Care / Medicine Wheel has been used by many different people throughout the years.

It is a wonderful tool to remind yourself that you matter. You are your priority – it is important that you take care of you in order for you to take care of anyone else. Make yourself a priority today and start filling one of these out weekly!

Please utilize this template to complete your own Self-Care Wheel. We recommend that you do this weekly to create an environment of Self Care for yourself. Fill it out at the end of the week with what you did to promote your Self-Care.
